“The Pine Castle Pathways Curriculum has literally transformed our Adult Day Training Program.  Participants now have individually scheduled days that include time for curriculum, time for extra-curricular activities, time for mental health group or individual therapy and time for working if they are on the Community Employment Pathway.  With the quizzes at the end of each module, our pass rate has ranged from 80-90% each semester, allowing us to truly know that skill gains are happening for each participant to help them on their journey to greater independence.  This three-year program is well-worth the investment!”

“Life Changing! MTC highly recommends KMC.

MTC has had the pleasure of working with Kathleen for over a decade. We’ve gone to her each time we’ve made significant advancement in our educational and vocational programming, with a subsequent need for elevated learning materials. To date, Kathleen has developed four spectacular curriculums which are forward thinking and comprehensive, meeting the varying needs of people with all disabilities in our community.  For MTC, Kathleen is the perfect combination of education and hands-on experience. Her expertise stems from a bachelor’s degree in general education and special education for students with mild/moderate/and severe/profound disabilities and the unparalleled experience of 25 years of teaching in a variety of settings.

In every case, Kathleen’s curriculum reflects her commitment to making learning easy, engaging, and enjoyable. Over the years our instructors and participants have expressed their appreciation for the very detailed, fun, and meaningful lesson plans that have enriched the lives of hundreds of people. She is clearly committed to excellence, since beginning curriculum design in 2008.

We appreciate and highly value Kathleen’s singular expertise, quality work and unwavering commitment to ensuring that all people with disabilities have the opportunity for education, life enrichment and job training.”
